Vinification
Secondary fermentation follows the Charmat method in pressurised stainless-steel tanks at low temperature.
Tasting profile
Straw-coloured, with a fruity aroma marked by distinctive Muscat notes. The palate is well balanced and retains the characteristic Muscat flavour.

Pairs with a broad range of desserts, including fruit-based desserts.
Label / history
Francesco Capetta was established in 1953. Its cellars in Santo Stefano Belbo, in the heart of Asti, cover 50,000 m², and its bottling capacity is 100,000 bottles per day.
