Made by the Charmat method, with a second fermentation in pressurised stainless-steel tanks at low temperatures.
Tasting profile
The nose is elegant, with aromas of flowers, honey and apples. The palate is delicate.
Label / history
Capetta was founded in Piemonte in 1953 and is based in Santo Stefano Belbo. Its premises cover 50,000 m², with capacity to bottle 100,000 bottles of sparkling wine per day.
