About this wine
Grapes: 70% Sangiovese, 30% other grape varieties.
The two grape components are vinified separately and combined toward the end of fermentation. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation are completed in small wooden barrels.
Characteristics: intense ruby; cherry, vanilla, coffee and spice aromas; full, soft and structured palate.
Serving temperature: 16°C.
