About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on sturdy clay soils in the hills of the province of Ascoli Piceno, in vineyards with a south-west exposure.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the second half of September. They are gently pressed, and the must ferments at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests for three months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by one month in bottle.
Tasting profile
The aroma and flavour clearly express the character of Passerina.
