About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The red grapes are grown in the hills of the province of Ancona and harvested by hand.
Vinification
The grapes undergo 10–12 days of skin maceration, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests for 6–8 months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by a further four months in bottle.
