Vineyard and terroir
Cascina Luisin owns 5 ha of vineyards along a hilltop ridge and its southern slopes near the Rabaja road in Barbaresco.
Ageing
The wine matures for at least two years in large oak casks and can be enjoyed at two to three years of age.
Tasting profile
Full and fruity on the palate, with a delicate aroma.
Label / history
Maggiur is the estate’s younger wine in a range that also includes Rabaja and Sori Paolin. Cascina Luisin produces 25,000 bottles of red wine annually across the estate.
