The Sori Paolin plot lies behind the Cascina Luisin winery and has limestone-rich soil whose bright, almost white colour is particularly visible in spring.

Vintage notes
In 2001, dry and rainy days alternated amid record low and high temperatures, creating a tense and unpredictable season in Barbaresco. The harvested Nebbiolo was in excellent condition, with fine acidity and good sugar levels.
