Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards around Cortina, Marge and Salerno.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed at the winery before vinification in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
Label / history
Luna Nuda is a project created by the fourth generation of the Giovanett family. The name means “Naked Moon”, and the wines were inspired by the mysterious influence attributed to the full moon, when grapes have traditionally been harvested in Italy for centuries.
The wine received silver medals at the 2016 Sommelier Challenge and the 2016 New York World Wine & Spirits Competition.
