About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Pinot Nero grows on hillsides in Bassa Atesina. The vineyards receive abundant sunshine and fresh breezes, and the vines are between 3 and 50 years old. The soils are clay with limestone.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 18 months in barriques, followed by six months in stainless-steel tanks and a further six months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
