About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from selected sites in the Bassa Atesina region. The alluvial soils there are rich in clay and sand.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled 18–20 °C.
Ageing
After fermentation the wine rests on the lees for 5 months.
Tasting profile
A lively white with appealing freshness and a balance of elegance and aromatic character. It is light and easy to enjoy.
Label / history
The wine belongs to the "Mont Mes" range, which is built on a young, fresh and dynamic idea. The range includes 2 cuvées that represent the younger generation of the Castelfeder winery, and four classic single-varietal wines made in a modern, refreshing style.
