Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on sandy, gravelly soils in vineyards in the Bassa Atesina area of Trentino-Alto Adige, in the far north of Alpine Italy.

The grapes are harvested by hand, gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel to retain freshness and vibrant varietal character.
Ageing
The wine rests on fine lees for five months.
