About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the company’s vineyards in Tuscany.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. Fermentation and skin-contact maceration take place in stainless-steel tanks at 20–23 °C. The grapes are then gently pressed, followed by malolactic fermentation. After vinification, the wine is filtered and bottled.
