About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are crushed and processed at low temperatures. The clear juice is filtered and fermented in neutral vessels at no more than 15 °C.
Ageing
After fermentation, the wine rests in cellars at very low temperatures.
Tasting profile
The aroma is bright and full. The palate is balanced and fruity.
