Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Puglia.
Grapes
Primitivo was the first Puglian grape to gain recognition beyond the region. Local producers first used it only in blends, then found that it could also make excellent single-varietal wines with rich flavour, deep colour and concentrated aromas.
Vinification
After harvest the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine macerates on the skins for 15–20 days.

Soft and fresh.
Serving and pairing
Pairs with red meat dishes, kebabs, grilled meat, pizza and cheese.
