About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards grow on Tuscany’s gentle, sunny hills and green slopes, warmed by the sun and cooled by breezes from the lakes.
Grapes
Trebbiano Toscano is supplemented by a small proportion of Chardonnay.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested fully ripe while retaining natural freshness, light acidity and lively fruit character. Vinification and fermentation take place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to preserve clean flavours and bright aromas.
Ageing
After fermentation, the wine rests on its fine lees for around three months in the same stainless-steel tanks, developing greater softness and smoothness.

The wine has bright aromas and clean flavours, with lively fruit, light acidity, softness and a smooth texture.
