About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
Negroamaro is grown almost exclusively in Puglia, particularly on the Salento peninsula.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested and sorted before the initial fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
Some bottle ageing brings the wine to its ideal softness.
