Grapes
The Primitivo grapes are carefully selected.
Vinification
The wine is made using traditional methods. Fermentation and skin maceration take place at a controlled temperature of 23–25 °C.
Ageing
It can be enjoyed young, though bottle ageing brings it to its ideal softness.
Tasting profile
The palate is pleasantly vibrant.
