About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay fruit comes from Castellani’s Brondello vineyards in Sicily.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and destemmed, then undergo a short cold maceration. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled low temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in stainless-steel tanks before filtration and bottling.
