A light red. Fresh cherry, raspberry and strawberry lead, with a hint of spice. The palate is soft and smooth, with a silky texture and a calm, even flow of flavour, without harsh edges.
Serving and pairing
Suited to food, especially mushrooms, pasta and roasted vegetables. It does not overpower a dish but gently brings out its flavours.
