About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the Santa Lucia vineyard, which covers 11 ha at 100 m above sea level. The soils are ancient, made up of layers of tuff, sand and gravel.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. The must is filtered and fermented at 16–18 °C.
Ageing
After fermentation the wine matures in tanks at a consistently low temperature before bottling.
