Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Tuscan hills.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented on their skins at a controlled temperature of 20–23 °C. After gentle pressing, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in steel tanks and is filtered before bottling.
