About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in a hillside vineyard in Valle dei Laghi, Trentino.
Vinification
After crushing and destemming, the grapes undergo cold maceration for 12 hours. They are then gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature.
