Grapes
Pinot Grigio is supplemented by a small proportion of Chardonnay.
Vinification
Winemaker Anselmo Martin uses an old Venetian method for producing rosé from white grapes. The wine undergoes cold maceration with the grape skins without exposure to air, extracting a copper-pink hue and enhancing its aromas.
