About this wine
Vinification
After harvest, the Sangiovese and Syrah grapes are destemmed and gently pressed, then vinified separately. The must is settled at low temperature for clarity before controlled-temperature fermentation in stainless-steel tanks. The two wines are blended after fermentation.
