About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie at 250 m above sea level on alkaline, stony soils.
Grapes
Sangiovese is supplemented by a small proportion of other red varieties.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in September and fermented in stainless-steel tanks for 18 days at temperatures not exceeding 26 °C.
Ageing
After bottling, the wine rests for two months in the winery’s cellars.
