About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in sandy soils in Tuscany at an altitude of 150 metres, with a planting density of 5,000 vines per hectare.
Vinification
A low-temperature pre-fermentation maceration is followed by 20 days of fermentation.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for at least two months.
