About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes are grown in the province of Salento in Puglia.

Vinification

Ripe grapes are harvested early in the morning in late September, then pressed and transferred to stainless-steel tanks. Maceration on the skins lasts 15 days at 21–23 °C with frequent pump-overs. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation follow.

Ageing

Of the wine, 90% is aged in stainless-steel tanks and 10% in new oak barrels.

Tasting profile

Elegant and approachable.

Serving and pairing

Pairs well with red meat, fish, fruit and mature cheeses.
