About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Puglia.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested mechanically in the early morning at the beginning of September. Skin maceration lasts 7–10 days. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless steel vats and oak barrels.
Tasting profile
Delicate and well balanced, with a fruity aroma, a smooth palate and velvety tannins.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with grilled meat, kebabs, smoked meats, pasta and mature cheeses.
