About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in vineyards in Magliano.
Vinification
The grapes undergo maceration for 10–12 days after harvest.
Ageing
The wine matures for eight months in small oak barrels, followed by a further three to four months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.

Pairs well with grilled meats, game and mature cheeses.
