Vineyard and terroir
The Merlot is grown in the estate’s vineyards in Venice, where the climate is mild, with low rainfall and moderate humidity.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, then sorted, crushed and pressed at the winery. The must is vinified in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
