About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The fruit comes from Danzante’s vineyards in Trentino-Alto Adige, Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the three northeastern Italian regions collectively known as the “Tre Venezie.” Relatively high-altitude sites, cool summers and warm currents from the Adriatic Sea allow the grapes to ripen fully and develop their varietal character.

Vinification

The grapes are usually harvested at optimal ripeness in the second half of September. They are gently pressed and fermented for 15 days at a controlled temperature of 20 °C.

Ageing

The wine rests for four months in stainless-steel tanks.

Tasting profile

Young, lively and fresh, with a summery character, fruity and floral aromas, and an easygoing taste.
