About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the province of Vicenza, on vineyard slopes with clay-limestone soils at 100–200 metres above sea level.
Vinification
After harvest the grapes are destemmed and briefly macerated, then gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16–18 °C.
Ageing
Six months on the lees.
