About this wine
Vinification
The Glera grapes are picked and sorted by hand. The first fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks with selected yeasts. The second fermentation follows the Charmat-Martinotti method in large, sealed autoclaves at low temperature, after which the wine is bottled under pressure.

Fresh and rich, with a distinctive savoury note.
