About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Merlot grapes are grown in the province of Vicenza, on hills with deep, cool clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
After harvest the grapes are destemmed and crushed. Fermentation and skin maceration take place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24–26 °C.
Ageing
The wine is aged in steel tanks and oak barrels. The text gives no sizes or durations.
Label / history
The wine belongs to the "Torre dei Vescovi" range, which is sold in restaurants and wine shops in many countries.
