Vineyard and terroir
The Pinot Nero is grown on hills in the province of Vicenza, in deep, fresh, clay-rich and calcareous soils.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and crushed. Fermentation and skin maceration take place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24–26 °C.
