About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown between Salemi and Selinunt at elevations of 100–300 metres.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September and gently pressed. The must undergoes static clarification for one day at 12 °C, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel tanks. Secondary fermentation takes place using the Charmat method.
Tasting profile
Refined and fruity on the nose, with a well-balanced palate and a persistent finish.
