About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in sustainably farmed vineyards in Valle del Belice, southwestern Sicily, at elevations of 100–400 m. The soils are predominantly limestone.
Grapes
The wine uses Catarratto Bianco Lucido.
Vinification
Harvest takes place from mid-September through the end of the month. The grapes are picked by hand into 10–15 kg crates and protected from oxygen during handling. After gentle pressing, the must is clarified by static settling for 24 hours at 12 °C, then fermented under controlled temperatures.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for four months with frequent bâtonnage, followed by three months in bottle.

Savory, with recognizable varietal character and a broad range of aromas.
Label / history
Annual production is approximately 20,000 bottles.
