About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow between Salemi and Selinunte, at 100–300 metres above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September and gently pressed. The must undergoes static clarification at 12 °C for one day, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Secondary fermentation uses the Charmat method.
Tasting profile
The aroma is fruity, and the palate is elegant and well balanced.
