About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow at 300–500 m above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the first half of September. After gentle pressing, the must undergoes static clarification and ferments in steel tanks at 16 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless steel tanks for around five months.
Tasting profile
The nose is fruity and floral. The palate is balanced and persistent, with good acidity reflecting the interplay of fruit, climate and land.
