About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Catarratto Bianco Lucido grapes grow on Sicily's rolling hills, on clay soils that help keep a balance between freshness and aromatic expression. The wine is organic.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed, and the must is clarified statically. Fermentation takes place at a controlled 16 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages for around 5 months in stainless steel tanks, which preserves its clean fruit and highlights its natural acidity. A short period in bottle gives the palate a softer, more rounded feel.
Tasting profile
Light, fresh and well balanced. The nose shows white fruit, delicate floral hints and gentle minerality. A touch of natural sweetness softens the acidity.

Suited to fish, seafood and light appetizers.
