About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The organically cultivated fruit comes from vineyards in Campobello di Mazara, Sicily, at 300 m above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September, destemmed and gently pressed. The must undergoes a long maceration, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel vats and malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for four months, followed by at least three months of bottle maturation in the winery’s cellars.

Bright ruby in colour, with an elegant and graceful character.
