About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the small Laguna di Sopra vineyard, whose soils are limestone and clay.
Vinification
Immediately after harvest and sorting, 30% of the grapes ferment in stainless-steel tanks and 70% in French oak barriques.
Ageing
The wine ages for nine months in the fermentation vessels, followed by at least six months in the winery’s cellars after bottling.
Tasting profile
Straightforward, pure and fresh, with a distinctive character.
