About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in vineyards in the province of Asti, where the soils are fertile and the climate is well suited to grape growing.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. After primary fermentation, tirage liqueur is added to the base wine. A second fermentation then takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel pressure tanks using the Charmat-Martinotti method.
