About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on southeast-facing sites in the communes of S.Giorgio and Mori ed Isera, overlooking the Adige Valley. The vineyards are at 300 m above sea level, on limestone and basalt soils, with warm sunshine and cool breezes.
Vinification
After destemming and pressing, the grapes undergo 15–20 days of maceration in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by alcoholic and malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine rests for six months in French oak barrels.
