About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and sorted by hand at the winery. The wine is made by the traditional method. Primary fermentation takes place with selected yeasts in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle.
Ageing
The wine ages in the bottle for 36–48 months.
Label / history
The cuvée is named in honour of Conte Federico, a member of the Bossi Fedrigotti winemaking family who became known as a successful entrepreneur. It arose from many years of collaboration between the Bossi Fedrigotti family and Masi.
