Label / history
Bossi Fedrigotti was founded in 1697 and has produced wine from its own vineyards in the province of Trento for more than 300 years. The Fedrigotti counts began making wine after purchasing land in Fojaneghe. Their holdings subsequently reached 250 hectares, and a large estate with unusual two-level cellars was built in Rovereto.
The family’s property was greatly reduced during a crisis in the Napoleonic era in the late 18th century and came close to disappearing. Federico Bossi Fedrigotti, father of the winery’s current owners, later revived the family business through a series of major changes. Bossi Fedrigotti now works with Masi under a partnership agreement.
