About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on southeast-facing sites in the communes of S.Giorgio and Mori ed Isera, overlooking the Adige Valley. The vineyards are situated at 300 m above sea level on limestone and basalt soils, in an area combining warm sunshine with cool winds.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and pressed, then macerated for 15–20 days in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Fermentation, decanting and malolactic fermentation follow.
Ageing
The wine ages for six months in French oak barrels.
