About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella vineyards lie in the hills of "Bure Alto".

Vinification

After harvest, selected grapes are gently crushed and undergo primary fermentation for several weeks. In the traditional Ripasso technique, the wine then undergoes a second fermentation on the lightly dried grape skins left over from Amarone production.

Ageing

The wine ages for 2 to 3 years in Slavonian oak barrels, followed by 6 months of rest in the bottle.

Tasting profile

Elegant and full-bodied.

Label / history

Annual production is 3,000 bottles.
