About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the hilly “Bure Alto” area at 180 m, on limestone and clay soils.
Vinification
Harvest runs from mid-September to mid-October. Selected grapes are naturally dried for several months, then gently crushed. Fermentation takes place during winter at low temperatures.
Ageing
The wine ages for seven years in French oak tonneaux, followed by 12 months in bottle before release.

Intense yet easy-drinking.
