About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on limestone and basalt soils in the province of Soave.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the second half of September and fermented in stainless-steel tanks for 20 days.
Ageing
The wine rests for no more than six months.
